With Art Prize, the Medical Mile, Film production, Entertainment and more, this city is none other than the City of Life. We have overseers in prominent positions that hold the keys to the city's foundation and although they might stay out of the lime light, they quietly step in when needed to give direction and insight, and monetary contributions. The people of Grand Rapids are innovative, vibrant and proud to call Grand Rapids their home. I believe, more and more, people around the country and around the globe will start seeing Grand Rapids as a choice when considering relocation. There, are and will continue to be, people wanting to live near the Medical Mile for employment and to be close to the medical institutions that provide the advance healthcare systems. Add to that the people that travel from around the globe to see or participate in Art Prize and the venues of entertainment such as the Van Andel Arena, DeVos Performance Hall and DeltaPlex, Grand Rapids should begin seeing positive changes in the housing market and Property Management will stand it's ground in service to owners and tenants of this City of Life.
